MarioB
So I recently quit my old job where I was making $16.50 an hour for my current job witch I make $14.00 an hour. The reason I quit the old job is because I was not getting my full 40 hours a week. So my current take home is about the same even though I'm making less an hour. Now the owner of my last job wants me to come back and keeps calling me and emailing me. Hes asking what pay rate is it going to take for me to return. My brother was the warehouse manager there but he got fired due to his attendance. He was making $25 an hour working there and I'm sure I can get that same pay (taking over the warehouse manger position). One of the reasons I left is because I got tired of all the bullshit there. The warehouse was blamed for every mistake even though it was the sales departments fault. I got fed up with that plus not working 40 hours. Would you go back? I will probably never hit $25 an hour where I'm at now. But I like what I do. I currently am a wheelchair Technician and got the gob from my older brother and don't want to make him look bad. i mean $25 an hour is great and the work is laid back. I would be managing 5 people. I have never been in a management position so just want some feed back. OrionStang
If the management position is guaranteed if you go back, go back. If its a "we have to start you at job A, then maybe you can be manager", fuck that. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

If its a "we have to start you at job A, then maybe you can be manager", fuck that. No it will be the management position. When I returned for my last check the accountant told me I will always have a job there if I needed one. When my brother and I was there he was manager and I was 2nd in charge but no official assistant manager title. Now that they fired him they need me back as everyone eles there is fairly new and don't really know WTF there doing. MarioB
just received email confirmation that it will be management position. and my hours would be 35-40 hours a week depending if I want to stay till 6pm and get my full 40. Thats the only reason I never got a full 40 before once the orders were done I was out the door Quote 12- DC Audio m2Lvl3 12's1- Hertz HSK3 way2- DC5K's2- ZX350.42- Stinger SP1500D batteries in rear3- runs of 1/0ga. to the rearTeam DC Audiodcsoundlab.com Quality is all in how you take pictures I have plenty of projects that look WAY better on camera then in person crazy to fit so many in so little. Jessica
If there is a blame game going on thee then when you go back as manager part of your job will be fixing those kind of things. Never blame anyone just fix the problems or set up sh on your end so you can deal or predict what areas purchasing has weaknesses is. Be pro-active, not re-active. Good luck!
