This build is basically done. I need to upload the pics. I ended up going with a PRS80 and im running 3way active. Substage isnt as loud as I thought it would be, but it plays flat from about 28-45hz so what can you do? Mid range is decent but lacks that dynamic punch that I want. The tweeters are probabley the strong point of the system right now. I just switched my deck to 3way yesterday, and have never ran active before, so Im sure once i tweek and tune I will be much closer to the desired sound

Went to first show using Acura yesterday

My SQ Street score was 57.25. As expected my tweeters were my strong point. My biggest markdown was "too much sub", LOL, I guess its only fitting for an spl guy to get docked in that area. I also had staging issues as far as depth and height is concerned. Gotta work at getting that tuned out.

My Street 2 spl run I did 142.7 @38hz. My Drive By 2 run I did 114.9 using Trap House by Gucci Mane.

Not a bad start! Try moving yourmids and highs to the kick for better staging.

^ I think I might evetually do something along those lines. I was limited initially because I built for the SQ stock class, and then had to run SQ Street anyways due to additional batteries. If i decide to stay Street rather then Stock, then I believe I am allowed kick pods.

Small update, substage wasnt loud enough so Im swapping to a Havoc 12 in the same box on 2k. Also planning to double the power to mids and add another battery. Pics coming when new goodies arrive
