Does anybody have any experience or know this to be true....running a dual 2ohm pap wmd2k 18 to it.. thanks again. Guest Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 no. you do realize that the 3000 version is literally just 2 1500 boards stuck in one case? people who are actually running the 3000 at 1 ohm, have crazy rise, which makes the amp see over 2 ohms. Quote

dolarbilz Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 You can run each coil to a channel but its going see 2ohms a channel wich is 750 or you can still bridge it at 4ohms see 1500 its the same. Or you can try bridging it at 1ohm you get more power. Quote
Guest Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 how are they confusing...because they have two sets of speaker terminals? if you wire each coil to each set of amp terminals, the amp will still parallel them internally. so 2 2 ohm coils will turn into 1 ohm. Quote
