What sub is it?

Ultimate (brand) pw1550.

To the person above me.... The point is to tune it low, not redo the car

you dont understand. you're going to be putting a 15 inch driver, that requires a LARGE enclosure, in a box intended for a 12.

you'll be wasting your money on supplies if you do that. trust me.

I paid 25 for the woofer and probible close to 30 for materials, so ither way, i want it small.

Im a broke student. still manage to have a pretty good system though.. (at least i think)

well i sure hope you're not hoping to get loud than.

first off, with those dimensions, it seems as if you're really pressed for space.

and a 2.6 ft^3 tuned to 30Hz will need a very large port.

(all before displacement)

a 2"x16.5" slot port would need to be 33" in length

a 6" aeroport(PVC pipe) would need to be 28" long.

but seeing as how your limited to an 18x18x18 dimension, an aeroport would be out of the question.

and a slot port that narrow would really limit your output.

so to put it simply, yes it is possible, BUT your output will be very limited and you'll have to make a really long port.

wow 210rms x-max of .031 in 7cubft................thats a joke right?

power isnt the concern, .031 meter(s) is still a half inch. plus i dont care i know it is cheap
