Tim Lam
so i was originally planning on running to SA12s on a crescendo bc2000d at 1 ohm. but saw some sick nasty videos of people tearing their cars up at .5 ohms. so i am currently planning to get a diehard platinum under the hood and have a kinetik hc1800 in the trunk with big three done in 0awg. what more would i need to run that crescendo at .5 ohms? do i even have enough for 1 ohm? Crandis16
I'm at .5 currently on stock electrical... which is bad. BUT I have duralast gold under the hood, big 3, deka marine grade about to go into the trunk, and a 220a H/O singer alt coming in this weekend. I suggest getting equipment that I listed Edit: 1ohm is better to wire at, more efficient, less chance of blowing amps. with box rise you may see > 1ohm when wired at .5 nominal Edited August 16, 2012 by Crandis16 Quote My Red zx2 Build Log My Black zx2 Build Log My Red zx2 UBL

Miguels
you will need more batteries and a big ass alternator 350+ amps and maybe it will work for you not to forget lots of wire Quote my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
Cardboardcat15
Lotsa wire Lotsa batt power Lotsa alt power Lotsa balls because I wouldn't want to run that low for daily. Miguels
Why not just upgrade the amp? im with him.. just get a bc3500. you wont need that big of an alternator i would do .5 ohms if i had the bc5500 and no other amp that can do batter Quote my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
