Get it playing and drive it to shore and stop that fugger Issac in his tracks! Besides that you need this to be done so you can recoup from surgery with no worries! You can sleep and rest then! NOW, YOU PULL ALL NIGHTERS! 23 hours a day damn it! 1 hour split up throughout the day in to 15 minute increments for bathroom breaks and food!! Otherwise you get no breaks! LET'S GO! Ok no for real, serious question. I'm not being a smart ass, but is that angle iron long enough to support properly? Looks like it's only about 12" long. Seems like ti would only support that immediate area. I know you have the sunroof to deal with, but it seems like the issues would be transferred into other areas than where the iron is located. CJ18 Posted August 27, 2012 Author Report Posted August 27, 2012 I only put the angle iron where I want to reinforce. The only place that I get bad flex is right close to the sunroof. All I am trying to do is prevent the possibility of the roof ripping close to the sunroof opening. I am also going to look into having the roof sprayed with bedliner. Im not too much for working in the rain and running power tools with lightening isnt really a good idea.

I'm thinking about that on my truck on the outside just to get the white off it! It get sooooo freaking dirty under the tree in our front yard. Wife wont' let me build a car port yet. Not rolling in money! But I thought about the deadening factor too. Course, I'm not running the power and subs that you are! But I still am guessing I'm gonna get some flex! Very rarely will I just let it rip full tilt. I just like knowing that I have that little extra in the tank if I want to really blow someone out of the water!

This is stepping up to a whole new level from what I have ever done before also. The most power I have ever had on tap before was 10k. Well I am doubling that with this build. I just dont like to push my equipment to the max if its not necessary and especially not for a demo.
