Haven't decided how many up and down. I'll figure it out after I cut the baffle.

Let me know what you guys think!

Keep it up looks good

Also a suggestion if u want that bed liner to look like the real spray on, ull have to get one of those sponge bob looking rollers, or else itll just be dull, and i personally dont think it looks that good

Or bed line the inside of it and cover the outside with some nice leather

Thanks for the advice man, I bought a regular 6" roller that I was told would work well. I'm not going for the nice spray on look, just something that'll look decently textured and not get scratched off lol.

For the inside I plan on painting it just about any color I can get my hands to make it slick inside. preferably white, black, or gray.

Great job on the baffels man. The box is coming along nicely. As for the bedliner I used the 4" foam rollers from Whizz that say they are made for "cabinets & doors". They worked well and it has a very textured feel to it. To the point that's it's kinda rough on your fingers when taking the sub out. Also I painted my port white back to the fiberglass line and it turned out pretty slick. It was a can of gloss white from Rustoleum. I did 2 thin coats of primer though.

Port area is rather small, but the rest of the build looks solid! :good:
