Eritey Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 Duel 4ohm sub, both coils sit at 4ohm's but after I wire them in parallel its not sitting anywhere near the required 2ohms. Is having it resting on 2.4ohms fine, or is something wrong?

Keith77 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 x2 ^^^^^ Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.
Eritey Posted September 3, 2012 Author Report Posted September 3, 2012 take your meter set it to test impedence and touch your leads together. im willing to bet there is your difference. Just tested it, it reads around 00.9. Which confuses me even more!

Eritey Posted September 3, 2012 Author Report Posted September 3, 2012 is that a fi/aa woofer? AA arsenal 12inch oh btw you should look into new leads or a new meter even thats a lot of resistance on the leads. I did question this, the meter was quite cheap. Should I just expect this to be an issue with the multimeter and my sub is reading 2ohms correctly?
