Strengthening a box - results obvious?

Hi guy's

I am going to be building somebody a box for a RE XXX10 soon. The application is for a daily driver, my question is, would it make any audible difference if I were to strengthen the box? (resin, 45's, double baffle etc...)

The specs will be 1.5cubes (AD) tuned to 30Hz with 2.5k of power in a L shaped port enclosure.

SSF'd @ 25Hz and LPF'd @ 63-80Hz (18db/oct). Used to play music only...

The box will be built with 18mm MDF but possibly birch if she wants to spend the extra.

I had previously had it in a 1.5cuft box before which yielded good results. The only mod/change it had was a 45 directly below the sub.

A 45 placed directly below the sub?
