Hey Everyone. I know my chances of getting Nominated are slim to none but ill give it a shot. System Build is

2004 Chevrolet Silverado SS AWD.

In the dash im running a DVD/CD Kenwood DDX318

4 - Rockford Fosgate T1T-S Tweeters

6 - Rockford Fosgate T165.2 Components

2 - Rockford Fosgate T600.4 amps

1 - Rockford Fosgate T400.2 amp

2 - DC Audio 2.0K mono block amps. *

2 - DC Audio lvl 4 15" subs with lvl 5 motors

1 - Kinetic KHC - 1800 Battery under the hood.

4 - Kinetic KHC - 2400 Batteris under the cab.*

2 - 250 Amp High out put alternators.*

well...you had to really go there huh...with that mentality i will not be adding you this month. maybe in the future you will have a better mentality and be eligible again, for now...nah. SOTM is not for hand outs for poor lil ol you. it is to get recognition to people who bust their ass to make their set up the best they can.

Well, for the sake of getting as many nominees as possible so that there can be a 2nd and 3rd place prizes, I guess I'll nominate myself. Heck, I'm not even sure if a simple sub box and amp qualifies me, but if it does, then I'd like to be in.

I'm not trying to pick on ya, but FYI amazing builds can be done w/o "top Doller equipment". Some of the best builds I have ever seen had medium or lower grade equipment (Big Oki, mazdawg are a couple that come to mind). Here is a little something to show what I mean, and give you something to think about.

These builds show what hard work can accomplish. IMHO he is the prime example of what a SOTM winner is. His builds are awesome because of the build, not so much b/c of the equipment. His skills are off the chart, and I'd bet money that his skills came from years of practice. Everything he does is like a fine piece of artwork, just amazing craftsmanship. If you want to one day win this contest, regardless of the equipment, this right here is how you do it. You put your heart into it, not just your wallet.

I dunno about that, I just cut some boards and glued em together and hope it worked lol.
