It should be able to go up to 5 hrs if tuned right. Not saying you don't know how just from personal experience. I have tooled on all the traxxas motors the .15trx,2.5 and the 3.3 and I feel the 2.5 is very picky and finicky on its tuning a pain at times. I stopped playing with it because one day it starting making a horrible ticking sound in the back. Well see who can keep theres running longer. with a nitro motor properly tuned it can run just as long as a electric just fill it with gas and as long as your receiver batt are not dead it will keep going i used to race nitro.
