Verizon share everything

Recommended Posts

The wife and I switched. If we kept as we were with data and all, it would have saved us abotu $15. But then I added on 2 more GB of data so we share 6 GB, and I added insurance to wife's S3 so we only save about $3/mo.

So glad we switched tho, we joined phones off of 2 different plan sets and got screwed. Was paying about $165 with 250/500 texts for me and her and sharing 700 minutes a month.

we share minutes and both have unlimited texting and data plans on our phones. it adds up. we pay right around 200 a month and thats after we get a discount for her employer.

thats exactly what i was looking at. even if we dont benefit its status quo with new phones since we never used that much data. if they apply the discount we get now it will be cheaper and then if we drop our home phone cheaper yet.

If you use a bunch of data, not worth it. The unlimited calling and texting is a nice feature though.

Only problem is that if you want to keep the unlimited data plan, but want a new phone, you have to pay the full price of the phone, what it would be without a contract. Major downfall.

Reminder, Verizon now charges you $30 per line for upgrades. Funny, they use to give a credit to the primary and secondary lines, then just the primary, then no credit, and now they are charging a fee to upgrade. I'd love to switch but they have the best coverage for my area.

I work for Verizon and Im still switching this month to T-mobile. They have the same coverage plus some where I live. My gf gets service when I dont. I am going to save about 35-40$ a month and have unlimited data. Right now if I upgrade on Verizon I have to pay for a certain amount of data and I use my phone for a hotspot all the time. Luckily I'm still on the old unlimeted 3g plan so I dont pay out the ass but as soon as I upgrade i will be forced to pay for a limited 4g plan. Tmobile has a better option where you pay for a certain amount of 4g..than after it cuts you down to 3g but is unlimited. This seems like the best option for me. and Just a suggestion depending on your area.
