2900w RMS system on a single run of 1/0 awg wire?

So I have two amps and I'm trying to save money on wire so I don't want more than I need. I'm thinking of only using one really big battery instead of several smaller ones. Im not planning on running the system when the cars off. I'm running a stock 130a alt. with a 1/0 awg big 3 on top of the 4 awg stock wire, i also have a battery tender that I use once a week to top off the battery. I was curious about the wire size vs amperage chart. I wasn't sure if they are using Peak or Rms in finding the total amp draw. I'm using RMS in my calculations, should I use peak instead? I also read that a single run of 1/0awg wire will hold up to 350 amps before melting and their for a 325a fuse should be used. Is this 350 amp  limit using RMS or Peak? I only want to use one run of 1/0 awg for positive and one  run of 1/0 awg for negative. But I don't know if I need to run two of each? I have a 40f cap inline right before the amps ( within a foot). There is a 17foot gap In between the cap and battery that I need to figure out wire size for. I am also using the cap as my distributed block (each amp has a built in fuse, and the cap has 3 1/0 awg positives and 3 1/0 awg negatives). Here's my calculations:

Rockford T8004- running 4 rockford T1692C speakers = 400w RMS total output needed from the amp

400w RMS total output needed from the amp @ 50% efficiency = 800w draw from the amp

Rockford T2k- running 1 Fi SP418 subwoofer = 2500w RMS total output needed from the amp

2500w RMS total output needed from the amp @ 70% efficiency = 3250w draw from the amp

800w + 3250w = 4050w Total amp draw

4050w / 14.4v = 281.25a (peak performance)

4050w / 12.46v = 325a (325a fuse)

4050w / 11.57v = 350a (350a 1/0 awg wire)

4050w / 300a (the fuse rating) = 13.5 volts, so dose that mean I can't go under 13.5 volts? Or why wouldn't I stay with a 325a fuse, that way I could go down to 12.5 volts?

OK, first a few fundamentals.

1/0 awg is good for about 200A at 14ft and 250A at 12ft. That 350A figure you posted is only useful for about 2ft length of wire.

And that is based on pure copper cable. CCA is about 15-20% less capacity.
