Rell Posted October 25, 2012 Report Posted October 25, 2012 its just a stupid law. i understand beat since it disturbs other motorist. but tint? tint dont hurt anyone so it shouldnt be illegal. its just another way to just get money from citizens now personally i'm all for tint but can you not see from the perspective of a cop? what if some dude has a gun right behind the tint and the cop can't see it? if I were a cop I wouldn't like it, I can't blame them. Whenever I get pulled over, especially during the night I roll all my windows down and turn on dome light to make it easier/quicker/and safer for me and the cop. They can see me perfectly, also none of that cop shit, ya know where they say "I thought he was going for a gun" Nope just reaching for my insurance card officer.

Respect will be regained towards all law enforcement once "protect and serve" becomes the priority again . Until then as long as they harass and fish for tickets no respect will be given. Focus on violent crimes and property loss etc. not victim less "crimes" such as window tint .

CHEVY4X4BLAZER Posted October 26, 2012 Report Posted October 26, 2012 I've been fortunate enough to not have any issues regarding my tint. 5% all around except the windshield. The rear glass was factory stained so its darker than the front windows. Before tint.
