I've lifted it about 30 times last week. Not counting how many times we had mine and a buddy's sig in a box lifting them into the vehicle. My back literally hurt for 3 days after one of the nights. I was having pain at work all the next day. Be careful lifting them. The stock coils on sigs are rated for 300 I think.
