I just bought a new 2013 Malibu and want to put my old subs n amps in there but want to use factory radio. Should I use a line out converter to the amps or is there a better route. Plannin on replacing my speakers as well but for right now just want to hook up my 4channel and my mono to get some sound

fuck the plating. look at what the main metal used is. you could buy unicorn blood plated terminals but if its just covering up dog shit, whats the point

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

X2 rockford fosgate balanced line driver!

Also you should run all ground (head unit, line driver, and amps) to the same spot (on the frame preferrably), and also keep your power and speaker wires away from your rca's and you shouldn't have any noise.
