Some poeple have asked me how i do the foil layup so smooth..............i tried to make a video once before.......but it was to long

My MainMan,My lil Man,Dude,Bubb....My son Memphis @ 3years OldShow'em that car son..........

nice vid, but what were you using to smooth it out? like a body filler spatula? it popped every time it hit your bumper lol.

X2 and after you lay the foil down do you put anything on top of that or just start glassing right on top of the foil?

i know that you goof. i meant wax or a release agent or anything. i am asking because i want to make a center consule for my truck.

So are you still gonna try doin a one piece front clip? I noticed you didn't glass into the hood, ( that would make it rather hard to open huh :) ) and I like the way the seam line between the headlight lay up and the leading edge of the hood is gonna be so smooth. I would think getttin these headlights smooth and working that grill and all into the bumper is gonna be a challenge that you can be proud of when you are done. You really are getting close to the finish line with this body kit... :)

Oh yeah, yall might wanna get a little bit of a tan before you come down south. This georgia sun will cook a snowbird in about 20 seconds flat :lol: :lol: :lol:

you can glass over the foil...but its a PITA to get the foil back off the cured part.....so i use Mold Release Wax
