1988 Cavalier,widebody build,one piece flip ip front clip...a long drawn out build...

after bonding the glass and the urethane...did the same process as i did on the passenger side.........put in about 12........................1/2"self tapping PanHeadz to hold the two materials together....Then drilled 150 some.....1/8" holes and Countersunk them.....for the Rivets

then all of the panhead screws are removed.....

and those holes are filled with 3/16" rivets....(countersunk...via the grinder)

Work, school, and like 3-4 prjoects goin on all at the same time for me....lets just say I didn't sleep more than 10 hours during my week of spring break....But it's ALMOST post time for that work.

then I filled the seam............so shes strong.....Yes its now a high spot........ I got a Flapdisc for that

Because of all the rivets ......Being countersunk...............Layup is a breeze

Now .....While that was curing..........I jumped over to another Neglected project..........

i was about to post the same thing.....you dont really get a sense of how much time you really put into this thing, until you read that you put 150 holes in the bumper...lol...
