yes she was served.

also wont the judge deem her a unfit mother for bringing a guy into the babies life and getting family pictures done when shes only been out there 3 weeks?

The new boyfriend isn't against the rules, but the judge my use that to gauge her character.

The family photo thing is weird.

If the baby looks ill in the photos, be sure to have photos of before they left, showing the difference.

Is she, or the new boyfriend, an addict of any sort?

she has severe depression, she is abusive. was physically and verbally abusive towards me. and is verbally abusive to my son. i could care less that she has a new boyfriend its not her dating that bothers me. what bothers me is that he is in my sons life on a daily basis and is posing as my sons father. like she went with her family and got family pictures done and my ex had pictures done of just the 3 of them. to me thats wat pisses me off is the guy is posing as the father.

theres only a couple reasons she can withhold you from seeing your son and that is if you hurt the child, so going to court if she says something like that it could hurt a little till you prove it wrong, also depends on the state that you live in and how far she has moved away if in the same city she can get away with it till temperary child order is intact/ and or custody rights/ paranting time. its not a long shot since there is so many people living in the house, just remember the court only wants whats best for the child they dont care about anything else

i realy wish you the best of luck here. ive seen so many people in this situation and not all of them ended well. i just really hope the court makes the right choice here. time to fire up the coffee maker and get ready for a lack of sleep dealing with paperwork and court.

i dont drink coffee lol. she moved across the country. (8 states away). i never layed a hand on her or the baby. she tried telling her family i threw her down the stairs multipul times including when she was pregant and beat her wich is a complete lie. i never lay my hands on anyone. (im anti violence)
