One of the speakers i got had a nasty distortion. I tested it compared to the other speaker and there was obviously something wrong with it. I find the number to do a return and call. I talk to the guy explain the situation and he says he is going to get an RA# for me. Im on hold for about 5 minutes when he comes back and tells me they are sending one to me for free and to do whatever I please with the old one. My old speakers were the cheap GRS 6.5's and they sounded great, then I got all the Pyle Pro's and they sound amazing and surprisingly clear. Customer service is top notch as well. It's a great site to visit just to look around at stuff. You'll find stuff that you didn't even know you could buy, then find some crazy way to put it to use lol.
