The mount for the terminals and terminal plate are casted into the basket lol. SnowDrifter
They seem pretty well built aside from the terminals, especially given the price. I am mounting these with 1.5" thick MDF spacers, so even if I angle them in, the terminals still won't fit ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444

BobbyG2
It's not possible to bend the metal down? EDIT: Oh I see, the terminals are directly mounted to the cast basket... *New vehicle and system coming soon.*

Be easier and quicker. 2004 Bagged Trailblazer (4)18" Sundown Nsv3s (4) Taramps HD10000s, Taramps DSP3000, Lanzar opti 250x2, AB 100x4 (2)DC power SP 270s, (14)XS Power d3100s, (1)d6500
Jessica
actually, you could just take the nut off the back of the push terminal, and use ring terminals instead. You might even be able to put the push terminals back on after you mount it depending on how accessible the back of the speaker is after its mounted. edit, socal you fawking ninja!
