severancej Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 I think a new box would be better, you have 3/4 of rms power. he could do a bandpass ported through that access door, I have seen some designs that way, they are slightly more difficult to assemble though. Have ram design help you out. You have good equipment dont skimp on your enclosure. 98' dodge ram 140A alt Big 3 XS D2700 JVC kd-r310 Rockford T500-1BDCP 2 Sundown E12 Ported 4cubes 35hz Rockford P400-4 2 Infinity reference 3way 6x9 2 Polk DB 5 1/4 2x layer dynamat all doors

alaskanzx5 Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 a bandpass ported through the opening actually sounds like it would be a nice looking setup. would be a one of a kind thing as i haven't seen or heard of one before. would be similar to a blowthrough bandpass on a truck except the box will be in a trunk and instead of a cabin wall you have the opening in the seats. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.

Yea I don't know about the band pass but if someone can come up with a box design for 35 wide 18 deep and 12.5 tuned to 33hz with aeros I would love to have a look at it.
