Cox Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 Well I ended going with a fi q instead of the ssd and need some help on deciding what amp to get to run it. Of course on a budget. So far I really like the price and power of the crescendo BC2000D. Any opinions would be nice. Kenwood Excelon x396AQ2200Fi Q 12XS D3400 XS XP30001/0 RADAFLEXStinger volt meter Mechman 240a alt
ccmotox99 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 If your on a price then the crescendo is a good amp, if you wanna spend a little more money for a damn good amp, look into an AQ2200D or a SAZ1500v3 -playing with different setups
ccmotox99 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 of course you'll have to beef up your power no matter which amp you go with.. -playing with different setups
kr15 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 in all honesty, the Cresendo is on par with both the saz1500v3 and aq2200. I had a bc2k and was running it at .5 daily, and it certainly made some solid power Team Flex Issues Low tuning > God 2011 CALI AS1 STATE CHAMP

Aside from an alternator (that's just not gonna happen right now) what upgrades should I do as far as electrical goes? REVOofRustler Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 I actually have a fully loaded Q12 on a BC2000d and I love it! For electrical, I have my stock 136 amp alternator and an XS Power d2700 along with the big three. Right now I'll drop to very low 12's. Im gonna upgrade though to a Mechman 270 and then add a couple smaller XS Power batteries so that I can add a 4 channel amp without worrying about voltage. 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 club cab - Sold 2004 Audi S4 Avant - Fi and Crescendo - Stock Bose System - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/147725-2002-dodge-dakota-end-of-the-road/?hl=%202002%20%20dakota 136.4 Sealed @ 29hz 137.0 Drivers window open @ 26hz
