ChevyBoy
on the Jasper jig itself, there is a chart of sizes in 1/8" incriments, from 7"- 24" or something like that, and depending on what size you need, there is a little 1/8" pin you press in to the hole, and drill a 1/8" hole in the center of where you want to cut... once you see it, and use it once, you will realize its the best investment in wood working, next to a great router, and a good set of useable router bits :^ yea its 2-1/4" to 18-3/16". its 1/16" increments and u use a 1/8" pilot hole like u said. i found some info on it. its cheaper on other sites than the site ray gave us. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=365-250 thats the cheapest i found so far $29. not bad at all. when i get my money from some subs i just sold, thats being ordered. its looks badddddd. cant wait. kingsuv
I just use a scrap peice of wood to use as my jig. Too lazy and cheap to buy one Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

LSN2meBoom916
I still cut my own circles w/ a jigsaw. I have a couple 1/8" strips of mdf that got ripped at some point or another and I just measure out a radius of w/e I wanna cut and drill the center hole, insert that drill bit, and pencil out a circle. Double drill it real close making a "slit" and start w/ the old jigsaw. Time consuming, but it keeps my attn to detail up throughout the build. I'mma get lazy and get me a jasper...or make one now that I hear they're made of plastic! JEBUS. I'mma start lookin for some decent metal stock to just drill for the radii I might need and shazzam.
