TheBassedGod Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 Hello I'm Alex and I'm 18 years old and from Michigan I've been into car audio for awhile now but i have never posted any of my build pics so i guess its time to throw some pics up. The Car is a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse I've owned this car for about a year now. The Car comes stock with a rockford fosgate system of components and a 10" woofer. Soon after i got the car i took the woofer out and put in 2 SA-8v2's in on a sax 1200. then that wasnt enough so i put 4 SA-8's in on 2 sax 1200's strapped at 2 ohms. About a month after the 4 SA-8's build i decided to just go all out for a smaller hatch back car and do two 18's The Car now has 2 18" Audioque HDC4 18's on 2 AQ 2200's strapped at 1 ohm. For the cars electrical it has 1 XS power d3400 under the hood and 1 XS power d3100 in the back the alternator is a cheaper high output alternator its about 160 amps max output but i just recently purchased a mechman 240 amp alternator which hopefully i receive soon. Here are some picture's in order from the stock car stuff to the 8's and the 18 build aswell i dont have that many pic of the 18's build sadly. first SA-8v2 system in the eclipse pre-fab box Head unit in the Car Sound deadening in the spare tire area Then after the 2 SA-8v2's i went to 4 Then came the best build the 18's The woofers are 2 Audioque HDC4 18's on 2 AQ 2200 strapped at 1 ohm the box is just over 10 cubic feet after displacement and is tuned to around 34 Hz The picture above is before the d3100 was installed in the back i had 1 d3400 under the hood and 1 in the back but now its a d3400 under the hood and 1 d3100 in the back. Now its time for some component pictures the car stock has tweeters in the dash 6x9's in the doors and 6.5's in the rear quarter panels Audioque tweeters There will be more pictures to come and a nice new mechman alternator soon aswell. I go to Grand Valley.
