Anyone can get behind a keyboard and claim whatever they want. Not calling you out, but would like to see video proof of what you are saying.

he is lying out of his ass. Nobody gains or loses 6.5db even from going from ear to scope or from scope to dd-1. I could understand a little bit because i have seen people gain and i have seen them lose some.....but 6.5db? ya right.

thank you for making yourself look silly. You obviously do not understand the concept of gain overlap. That is what happens when you have no training at all.

i know that if i max out clean at -10db, then play at 0db it is no longer clean. that is the point im making here. it is plainly visible on proper equipment and undeniable. it if makes no difference then why have instructions with the product using -10db to get louder output beyond what is setup as maximum clean output.

its funny, we had this thing next to a $7,000 Audio Precision with the exact same results. I made a video or 3 and posted that too. No matter what you think of me, i have proven our tool can hang with the best oscopes out there. If you prefer a scope, good for you.

its hard to gain 1db with tuning.. 6.5 is just over exaggerating. some people cant even gain 2db with double the power and cone area

Just becasue the -10 track is on the disk doesnt mean you have to use it. I will never use a -10 track to tune my sub amp for daily driving. -5db is the lowest I will use, and usually use the 0db track.

Could i possibly request that all post be deleted and just left with the video? All I wanted to do was show the DD1 being used in conjunction with one of the more popular oscopes in and everyday application and not shown by Steve in his shop. I just wanted people to see that this can be used for your everyday person and is a quality tool.

i didnt sell that sub and you know it. i converted to a bandpass in my car and didnt have enough airspace for 2 smd 18s in the pt cruiser, so i traded into 2 15's, thank ya much.
