It's like Tide being your major sponsor on your race car and having a huge Toyota symbol on the hood instead. We all know they're SMDs tho. And that is loud as fuck for SQ subs. Steve only signed AND numbered the first 100 of the SMD's And I have videos EVERYWHERE for almost 3 years of these subs in action with the signed dustcaps... IF Steve would have signed more of them I would have them on there RIGHT NOW... And NOBODY "sponsored" ME.... I PAID FOR ALL OF MY SHIT... ...Shoulda' put Funky Pup Stickers on there and gained 23 Db... nope, i signed every single one of them. Only the first 100 were numbered. Who reconed them? i am sure there is at least 50-100 more signed dustcaps at Ascendant and if they wanted more, its easy to do. But really, it's your woofers, do what you want. I ASKED FOR SIGNED CAPS and Scott said they didn't have anymore signed caps so I got what they sent me. I also have 3 recones at my house that were sent with PLAIN BLACK dustcaps, and when I got those I thought WTF?? So when I last talked to Scott I specifically asked for SIGNED dustcaps and thats when he told me there was no more of them. The ARE SMD's, The DO kick-ass, End of story.

I have ran mine for over 3 years and I beat on them, and they haven't let me down... I AM gonna have to switch up to Pro Audio though, as I can't hear much of any mids and highs over the 160+ Dbs goin' on behind me They are a little on the expensive side and the crossovers are HUGE but they are very nice components.

Not sure how true that is since it came from someone that no longer works there. Either way Lenny your shit slams and keep up the work and keep the videos coming. that is the biggest load of shit i ever heard. In fact there isn't such a thing as a "copy" of my sig. Not sure who told you that, but it isn't true. And OF COURSE if someone would have emailed me and said "we need some signed dust caps", i would jump right on it. I am in shock any of you would think for two seconds that i "wouldn't sign any more". Why on earth wouldn't I? If they are out, i can understand that, but to say i wouldn't is bullshit. Oh well. Lord knows nobody deserves them more than Lenny. Reppin some serious equipment on his dime. Meade, you give away expensive a$$ shit all the time. If Lenny WANTED to rep them in the first place then there should be six signed caps in the mail tomorrow... end of story, happiness for everyone. Though it sucks to carefully remove glued caps. HELL YEAH!!! I LOVE this I idea! But gettin' the caps off WILL BE nearly impossible without ruining the cone. I know this because I put SHIT-LOADS of CA on them to keep them from flyin' off. I had 3 fly off a couple years back and they tore the shit out of the cones, and I ain't havin' that again... Let's DO IT steve!! send em' out, I'll send you my address again and I'll try to get these caps off or send me 6 caps that are a touch bigger and I'll put them over these if that will work!!
