I was on the way to the gym today bumping my music, not insanely loud, but loud enough. All of sudden the subs just stop, i'm thinking no biggie a wire just came close or something. get to the gym and take my cell phone out, don't see anything and the power light is still going on the amp. get home, haul it in the garage and i've done every possible thing i can think of...If you have any advice for things i may have not thought to check please tell me. i also tested a pioneer amp and the pioneer worked perfectly.

I'm running a Kicker ZX1500.1 powering 2x Rockford Punch 15's. the power not protection light comes on the amp, everything seems fine except nothing comes out of my subs...nothing on the inside of the amp smells or looks even the slightest bit funky...i'm at a loss, please help.

Check RCA´s, check sub´s.

That means if you can get another RCA´s to check form a friend or so. Maby the output source of your HU f... up.

I'm with Elflako on this one. Did you check your inline fuses? Under the hood? In the car? The power light will come on as long as the remote lead is giving the amp a signal, not TRULY if the amp is seeing power.

*Edit- Saw that you said another worked on another amp. Are there fuses on the amp? If so, replace and try over.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

I checked my fuses, but like i said, another amp was working with all of the same wires =/. and as far as i can tell the amp does not have any replaceable fuses on it. tried other RCA'S, but again, another amp worked, so the subs are not the problem either. thanks everyone, but i'm still lost =[.

diid you check the speaker terminals and or box terminals

i have the wires running from the speakers right through the port to the amp. I was going to check the speakers terminals, but i checked the subs on another amp and they worked so i figured there was no need to right?

no idea if this matters at all, but when it gets power (the remote wire turns on) the amp makes one clicking sound.
