Need help!! Headlights, taillight, and dash lights flickering constantly???

For me, an easy way of getting rid of that corrosion has been microwaving a mug of water to near-boiling and pouring it right on the terminal.

that deff is a problem. one thing to see would be if your lights flicker when the car is running as well as if it is off. If its running then you know it is something to do with the engine being on (duh lol) one thing to see if you have the pulsating lights only when the engine is running would be if the pulsating increases and decreases in speed depending on engine rpm's. if the lights increase in the flickering when you give the engine more gas then you probably have a problem with a spark plug that is grounding itself out, could be a bad boot or wire on a plug doing that. I had a slight flicker on my old car and the spark plug wire was grounding itself straight out to the exhaust manifold.

edit: to help with getting rid of that insane amount of corrosion i get a little dixie cup (like ones you use in the bathroom) and fill it halfway with baking soda. Then i fill the rest with water. I stir it around until it is pretty evenly mixed up and pour some on a little at a time on the battery. Be careful when you do this to not get any water or anything else into the vents on your battery. If the corrosion is not coming free easily you can go to the parts store like valu or something similar and get wire brushes. They usually come in a kit that has a steel, brass and plastic bristle brush. Use the brass one gently on the terminal to loosen up as much of the corrosion as you can. Keep a process of pouring some of the baking soda/water solution and brushing it off a little at a time. Ive also gotten really fine grit sand paper to make a corrosion free connection. Be careful to not breathe in any of the dust from the acid as you are scraping/brushing it free. It is acidic and can burn your nose.
