Hey I have an 05 jeep Cherokee and a audioque 3500.1d with upgraded electrical and wiring to run it. I have the maximum of 8.5 cubes without displacement in the back without Walling off or taking the seats out.

I am deciding between 4 audioque hdc 3 12" or 3 sundown S.A. 15"s .

The aq's would have more coils but the sas would have more cone area..

I don't want to choke the subs with a small box so let me know if you think I'd have enough room to work with either. Also if anyone could help me with a box design on either that'd be great!

I feel like the box is a tad on the small side for either. The AQ's like 2.5 net each roughly. And the lowest I would go for the SA's is 3.25 cubes net each (personally). 3 12's would probably breathe better.

^ I think he's just asking about his airspace options.

I'm not asking with brand to go with, ik there both good brands I am worried about the air space... on that note then 2 15"s or 3 12"s ? I have 2 12" audioques now but I could trade them straight up for the two sa's off a friend.. I'm not able to do hair tricks yet but either setup I do want to be able to in this new build once I get my amp in..

hdc3's motor strength > sa motor strength

It's also double the price

Btw that was the first person. Ever banned by me while dropping a deuce. Feel privileged
