Beanz
Okay so i was looking at some 64gb flash drives and on one point i saw that they had one that was 256 gb..Is this for real or are they pulling my leg here That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. Beanz
Okay that's what it though u saw some on new egg for 700 while the ebay ones were at 50 bucks I thought something was wrong here lol.. Well I guess I'll get a 64 one instead.. But would the brand really matter in this situation on the 64 gb? That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. Raptorman
I don't think brand really matters too much. Try and shoot for a USB 3.0 stick. I have the corsair 3.0 32gb stick and it's awesome. 1996 GMC Sonoma Four Fi BTL Neo 18's In 2:1 6th Order Bandpass 2 Ampere 5k's @ .5 TEAM FI TEAM #LITHIUMCANTDEMO On 10/20/2013 at 0:37 AM, KillaCam said: Fucking with a Prius driver is like making fun of a disabled kid. Nikitaaa
My 64gb seems slower than my 16gb. SnowDrifter
What's the make and model of your drives, Nikitaaa? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
beaker
Most of the larger ones are slower due to controller limitations. Average write speed seems to be around 6mb/sec on 16gb flash drives. There are more expensive ones, but at that point its cheaper to get a USB 3.0 enclosure and a 2.5 inch laptop drive.
