I dry them, make powder, freeze them, and make hot sauce by the pound. They are EVIL. One drop of hot sauce made with Bhut Joloka can and will ruin your night if you aren't ready for it. LOL Some pictures of my ish!! My brother in law made this with the peppers I sent him. I grow more of these than I can shake a stick at!! haha Problem is giving all of them away. But it is fun hearing people's stories after they eat them. The problem with freezing them is that you have to pretty much hand them to someone so they can keep them frozen- otherwise they turn to mush. ...or I guess I could dry them. One has to be wicked careful roasting / drying these things. I do it outside.
