kingsuv
The new year wouldn't be complete without the start of Mario going bigger then his last build. For those who don't know. Mario got hooked on his SPL crack habit a few years back after coming to me to get his little ol 10's louder. Little did he know he was going to be a a total addict. We first start out with disarming a bomb. At least it feels that way with everything crammed in the trunk. Created a decent stack of wire. Putting Will to work. Taking out a box you build into a trunk isn't exactly easy. Anyone who questions how I build a box in a trunk should try removing one. Took a 4ft prybar. 8lb sledge and a sawzall Then it was time to remove all the chit that was going to be in the way. Then off to a little housecleaning. Had some wires to clean up. Gotta make it look pruty. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

SlamminBeats
what were the specs on that box? looks like you have an insanely deep trunk or it had a shallow depth.
kingsuv
The first part I wanted to tackle was the sides. Once those were in. It was template time for the back. While I had Will make that. I committed us to the build. Now here is where the camera fucked us out of some pics. You can see from the first layer of glass how they came together. Once the back was made, it was a matter of a few cuts to get the upper half of the side together. Both sides have a cleat to hold them together as well as glass. The speaker baffle will help support the sides later. Suckered Will into getting in there to glass. Already working through the 5 gal jug Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
