For the aero ports buy some pvc cement and put it on the ends where the tube/flare meet on both sides. It'll seal that shit up nice and it looks super clean as well. I even put some wood glue in between the flare and box to seal that up (just a few pointers in case you didn't know ahah) The spot with least resistance LOL.
