It shouldn't have seen 19 volts. i dont know the whole book on amps but +! with the 19volts . i mess with rc cars and things fry easily if ran for longer then what it can handle , heat build up much faster with the higher power. If those rails are leaning like that from power= a melt down and the soldering is 1st to go then the object its soldered to if it did not go 1st + the distortion goes high at those levels so yea . death clipped I hope to not be dazed by thingsthatglitter if i ever have more wealth than the low income.
