Its a little under what you need for your power but you could always go with an AQ 750 (sound-qubed 750). Its only $200 and is a nice amp that puts out clean power. Would push that sub ok. Wouldn't be a balls to the wall kinda hook up but it would save you money until you could build up some more funding.

People in the other thread were just trying to help you get a good amp that puts out rated power. They were not being douche bags.

That's not what I meant at all. Sorry. It doesn't matter. I get it, I am new here and asking retarded newbie questions because I've been out of this for a while and just getting back. I am not looking to stir trouble at all. Thanks again for all the replies.

I was looking at that. If I can't find anything used that has more power, that will probably be what I go with. I'd love to get my hands on something around 2000 watts but I get that my budget and my wants are two different things.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Would probably just pitch in the extra $100 or so and go with that AQ 1200.

After being told that my thread was in wrong forum and that everything I am looking at is 'polished shit', I am looking for a new amp. I am replacing a Brutus due to not enough power to push my sub. I have $200-300 tops, which I know puts me out for most of the amps out there. So I am looking for as many non-douchebag answers to any suggestions out there until I can afford to get something bigger and more powerful.

Strike four. Just wait til I get to a computer to give you your vacation
