OrionStang Posted May 3, 2013 Report Posted May 3, 2013 I've played with an M1 level 5 and although my mayhem took more power, sounded better doing it, and lasted longer, that 5 still took a lot of power. It took an RF T4000 with no issues. The enclosure I think might be the reason why some of the others shred themselves. Few cases that doesn't apply...cough cough Ken, lol. I haven't played with an M2 but that sub looks beast. How did I get pulled into this? 8k to a single 12 is too much? On topic, the M1 lvl 5 wasn't very musical in my opinion. I have yet to hear an M2, but I am sure its been improved. Some people just don't know the meaning of too much And I agree. The m1 wasn't as musical but my ears may have been biased. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

(doing 57s i think) and in all honesty, sounded like ass. the lvl 3 12s though sounded great ! the rest sounded empty hallow, hard to explain . Doesn't really seem like a good enough upgrade, i never heard any m2 tho, so lets hear it !!! but i think with that amount of motorforce and 3.5" coil, it has damn good potential !!! Cant wait to hear it !!! are you going to do a direct swap to get an actual comparison with 2 amps !? or are you going to put all 4 amps when you swap ?
