If you havent a AGM under the hood, switch them out for a AGM and sounddeadner. IndianaBassHead
Headunit : Hands down the best for the money - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_43523_Pioneer-DEH-80PRS.html?SearchClickout%5Bquery_id%5D=16677737&SearchClickout%5BIgnore%5D=1 . Alternator : contact singer, dc power, or mechman for quote . I do run a lot of this equipment... I am not promoting the companies in any way but IMO, these are honestly some of the absolute best performing equipment for the money. With this setup, your car would sound very good. And with a correctly built box, these subs will get pretty loud in your car.. I think you will be pleased. . All of this equipment listed puts you at $2350. That leaves you enough to purchase wiring and the alternator. Plus you will have a little bit of cost for a subwoofer box, but as long as you can build it yourself, it won't be expensive.
