cc_audio
Just contact DD, I've bought maybe 6 or so over the last few years and prices aren't consistent. I'll warn you, be patient. DD is not the easiest company to get a hold of, but their products do deliver. Especially the SW6.5, its a monster. It's all gone! mrd6
Take a step back guys and look at what the OP is asking for and then look at what you are recommending.... I coule be wrong but I'm pretty sure the OP is replacing his factory location sub here, probably factory amp at like what 50 watts rms the most? He also asked for SQ, I love my DD but its not the choice for this guy haha If i am wrong and you have an aftermarket amp and want to get loud then disregard these suggestions but otherwise: http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=264-919 http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=264-832 a bit more expensive but a much nicer speaker http://store.12velectronics.com/products/-Imagine-I6SW-6.5%22-Subwoofer.html theres more, just have to look! skittlesRgood
peerless sls 6.5" I'm fairly sure the CDT m6+ is just a rebadged version of the SLS. and the SLS is just about as good as you can get for the money. but neither the CDT or the SLS will play very well down below 50hz. most any 6.5" will fall short here due to their size. If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood. cc_audio
The SW6.5 is far from an SPL woofer, so yes they sound fantastic. (who would want an SPL 6.5"?) Mounting depth could be an issue, but I would pick it above anything else above. And it has the lowest response, mine has no problem playing in the 30s. Tough for any 6.5 woofer. I've also installed some 6W3s, great response from those too but no where near the volume the DD yields. That's just from my personal experience, good luck op. Hope you find what you're looking for.
