This way, when i pop the mold off, it holds its shape better. I ran out of my favorite body filler "Rage Extreme" so i had to stop for the weekend, as no store that carries it is open past 12pm on Saturday. Here is the progress pics so far though. I am starting to really like it myself. I have to resist the urge to pull the plastic off the plexi glass (the blue plastic you see in the middle is clear plexi if you didn't know) Always ugly as hell in this stage LOL Time to pop it out What a MESS! the black marks are where i am going to trim the edges off with a sander. It's really no big deal as long as it looks really good when i am done, and i think it will. just get a short strut. plenty of cars in the junkyard you can attempt to fit different sizes off. more info on the sunflash resin would be nice. will make those first layers of resin to build forms and molds before build up layers/stages really nice!
