BEEMDUB Posted March 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2013 ughhhh I called the credit union the other day and everything was going great I tried to get a 60month loan for 10k which if I would have got approved for would have been at 2.14%, the lady who set me up said it looked like I would have a good chance at getting it....and then those bitches call me back and tell me I got turned down for lack of credit history and that I would be good "alls" I need is a cosigner. Only problem is, to do that I have to wait for my parents to refinance their house which is going to take at least 3 more months. So let me ask you guys this. Is there anything I could do to reapply and make them more inclined to approve me? Should I try a different credit union in the area? Will doing any of those hurt my credit at all? I heard that getting denied a loan will show on your report and hurt it, and applying for another one will require them pulling your credit report again. If not you're gonna have to shoot for a smaller loan.
