Port inner edges need to be rounded or slanted as shown in the figure above, peak airspeed could reach 24 m/s at rated power, sharp edges can cause turbulence and noise in some cases even if calculations would not suggest it.

Also as the last pic above specifies that at the turn the port width needs to stay 1 7/16" wide to each side, no less or the box will fail.

Yep they cut the stuff for free, one of the sides was not right so I had to cut a new side but I had a lot of mdf left over so it's all good. Got it all done for the most part. Just need to cut out the holes for subs and add in the 45s in because I don't have a jig saw right now but I can do them after I cut the holes. Got all the edges rouned off... Some pics... think I'm going to just go with the subs with magnets in box, I was thinking if I was to get hit from the back of my truck that the subs mite bust off the box and kill someone with them big magnets. I would have liked to see a triangle in the back of the port, be sure to do that next time
