What is the best way to secure subs in a box?

T nuts are cool until they come loose and then you can't get the sub out

Have had it happen even with the glued in

That's when you seriously start contemplating if you really like your baffle enough to not just take a saw to it...

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

It sounds like this happens often.

It happened to a little 12" sealed box I had so I had no problem at all just unscrewing it from the side walls and kicking it in.

Wow... well im not going the t-nut route then.

I use these. They work great. Never had a sub come out on me, even using the same screw hole 6-8 different times

Cool. I am using zinc screws right now and they have worked so far.
