Well if your amps are built properly they shouldn't have a problem taking a bit of vibration...

Why not just make an amp rack for the space between the box and car? Looks like plenty of room, plus it would cover your batt...doubling as a beauty panel. You could make it so it doesnt even contact the box, plenty of room behind it to hide ur electrical/wiring, and zero vibration. Sounds like a win/win to me.
