Cboeger
If I get rid of my old Punch P6001BD amp( 600 X1 @ 2 ohms) and get something that does 800-900 X 1 @ 2 ohms will I notice any significant increase in loudness from my subs or is it not even worth it? Subs are MB Quart RWE 302 DVC 2 ohms and are 500 RMS each and 1000 Watts Peak

CleanSierra
My old 6001 bd was stable at 1 ohm. How old is that one you have? OP, your biggest gain will be from a custom box for the subs, properly designed, built and installed Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
