There isnt really an answer to this as we havent been into a situation like that before. But realistically, Im gonna say whatever is in the trust is gone too if they find it. You are listed as the "officer" or whatever of the trust, and most likely all items in that trust are at your house, or if left with another person with the proper paperwork filed to do, theyll already know who has what, regardless of it being in a trust or not. in a situation of door to door confiscation, hide that shit well, or be down for a gun fight IMO. Same rules still apply to confiscation but say he commits a felony. sicne they arent in his name they are int he name of the trust whoever else is on the trust wiht him can continue to own them.
