Like it was mentioned above both will do the job if you need to do it today. They also carry pre packaged packs of fiberglass cloth and mat, you can not chose the thickness since it is all ready packaged. I personally use fiberglass cloth for most flat and 90 degree surfaces. The Mat will be better for the odd angles and hard to reach spots that doors will have. All you need is a little sun and bam! The 3m resin worked well.
