They made a video and posted it on youtube showing my alt versus one of their mechman alternators and it shows quite a bit of info. People on CACO are suggesting a class action lawsuit but i've mentioned i'm in college and don't have the time to be trying something like that and also don't feel I have enough resources for something like that. You see companies like Ford showing how GM's vehicles don't do nearly as good on MPG and these constant "pissing matches" between them. However, in this industry, NOPE! It's extremely easy to build an alternator. However, doing it right, is another thing. Yea, we haven't been the best in customer service in the past, but we're doing what we can to improve it going forward. I like to think of our company as a company that is going 120 miles per hour on the freeway and decided that we need to rotate our tires without stopping. I know we're not the most favored in customer service, but like I said, we're working on it. Speaking of, if anyone is looking for a job and lives by Riverside in California, we're looking for someone knowledgeable to bring on to our Sales Team. Fact is its my tenney alt so when he was saying its got chinese rotor in the competitiors versus ours.
