N9neMillahhh
What about strapping, or running one amp per woofer. There are not really budget 4k amps lol, but there are budget 2k amps. Was thinking about that but I have no clue how to deal with those. I don't know how to wire them or strap them or anything. So I'd need a whole new schooling on it. Plus I don't have any more 1/0 gauge to work with, unless I could use 4 gauge. 02 Lexus IS300 (2JZ FTW) Mids/Highs: JL Audio C5 6.5s all around Mids/Highs Amp: JL Audio HD 600/4 Subs: four SA-8v2s in 3.8cubes @ 32hz Sub Amps: SAZ3k Battery: Huge Interstate Batteries relocated to trunk About 80ft. of 1/0 OFC.... THEKINGsBACK
If you can afford a 4k amp you can afford some more wire... Just say base price new ur looking at 800 easy he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
N9neMillahhh
Well I hate working with 1/0 too cause its always firm and never stay inside the amp power/ground inputs. But I suppose I could buy more. So should I strap a couple or go for the single? 02 Lexus IS300 (2JZ FTW) Mids/Highs: JL Audio C5 6.5s all around Mids/Highs Amp: JL Audio HD 600/4 Subs: four SA-8v2s in 3.8cubes @ 32hz Sub Amps: SAZ3k Battery: Huge Interstate Batteries relocated to trunk About 80ft. of 1/0 OFC....
