Oh that sucks,have you contacted FedEx and/or the seller yet?

Not yet, I want to ask my back neighbors if by some possible miracle it was delivered to them and they brought it inside, but I'm almost sure they won't have it.

I will, but that's never happened before, and by now I'm sure they would have brought it over. I imagine the box says "Sundown Audio" on the side, which would be the first clue it's the wrong address, then my name on the label, and then opening it up and finding a subwoofer cone and coil :)

But I hope thats what happened, but I'm doubtful.
